Return & Exchange Policy

At Regal Weave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

The original packaging must be returned with the product.

Blouse pieces, if attached and cut from the saree, will make the saree ineligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Size/Color Discrepancy: While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color or design may occur due to photography and screen settings. Significant discrepancies may be eligible.

 

3. Process for Return/Exchange

Initiate Request: Contact our customer service team at official@regalweave.in or +91 7003019780 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images of the product if it's damaged or incorrect.

Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Shipping the Product Back: You will be responsible for securely packing the product and shipping it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs for returns (unless the item is defective or incorrect) will be borne by the customer.

Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

For Returns: If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within [Number] business days. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For Exchanges: If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will dispatch the replacement item (subject to availability) within [Number] business days. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Blouse pieces that have been cut from the saree.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Return & Exchange Policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
